The Complete Blog package allows you to create a blog on your own website.
This also allows you to create a page and give control to the content to another person. For example, our website has a web administrator and they have allowed me to create this blog. I have my own software and it allows me complete control of this page. I auto archives my blogs and allows comments to be added (if I have allowed them) to each blog.

You can add images to your blog.
The image editor built into the Complete Blogger allows most popular formats to be imported and it will automatically create the a jpeg or gif. The editor also has resize and crop functions which will make your life alot easier when building a page.

The Complete Blogger also takes advantage of CSS 2 (Cascading Style Sheet)
features that allow you to manipluate the layout of your page with more
control.
You can layer text around images, or layer images over each other, bring text
or an image to the top and set images in the back ground.

How it works.
The website owner creates a page in the website and then converts it to a blog page. The system will prompt the owner to set a user for the page and the system then creates a key.
The key is then emailed to the blogger and they import the key into the Complete Blog package thereby giving them access to the page.
