From the "Tools" menu select "E-mail Accounts" |

| Select the top option, "Add a new e-mail account" |

Click "Next >" then
Select the "POP3" option |

Click "Next >"

Note: your account "User Name" MUST BE the complete email address
The Outgoing server SMTP will be the server that your ISP has provided; generally this is mail.telstra.com.au, mail.optusnet.com.au, etc.
Click the "Next >" button |
