Open Outlook Express.
From the "Tools" menu, select "Accounts. |

Click on the button "Add" and select "Mail". |
Type in your name. This is for display purposes, i.e. when someone receives mail from you it will display this name to them.
Then click "Next >" |

Type in your email address in the box provided.
Then click the "Next >" button |

The Outgoing server SMTP will be the server that your ISP has provided; generally this is mail.telstra.com.au, mail.optusnet.com.au, etc. |

IMPORTANT
Your account "User Name" MUST BE the complete email address |
